What managed services do you provide?

We offer assistance with tasks such as reboots, OS reinstalls, application reinstallation, and resolving cloud instance issues. However, we do not provide support for application-specific bugs.

What operating system templates do you offer?

We provide a variety of templates, including both Linux and Windows cloud instances, giving you the flexibility to choose the OS that best suits your needs.

How long does it take to deploy a server?

The deployment time varies based on location and hardware availability, typically ranging from 1 to 24 hours. Custom installations or high order volumes may extend the provisioning time. Rest assured, we strive to get your server up and running as quickly as possible.

In which regions are the cloud instances available?

Our cloud instances are available in multiple locations in the USA and India. Let us know your preferred location for deploying your cloud instance.

Will you assist in deploying our custom application?

Certainly! We can handle the installation of your custom application or any other Linux-based application on your cloud instance with ease.

Are your services fully managed or unmanaged?

Our servers are unmanaged. If you require any application installations, we offer that service for an additional fee. While we won’t handle day-to-day application management, our team is ready to assist promptly with network, hardware issues, billing, disputes, cancellations, OS reinstalls, and reboot requests.

How many IPs come with the server?

By default, each server includes 5 IP. If needed, you can upgrade your server’s IP assignment during the order process, choosing from a /28 (8 IPs) to a /26 (64 IPs) subnet. Larger IP subnets beyond /28 may require justification and could slightly delay server delivery.
